What if I need to cancel my session?
Refunds are based upon the time of the cancellation.
24+ hours before appointment time: 100% Refund
12-23 hours before appointment time: 50% Refund or One (1) Opportunity to Rebook.
Less than 12 hours before appointment time: No Refund
SESSIONS MUST BE PAID NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF APPOINTMENT TIME
Does it involve riding the horses?
No, FEEL session are un-mounted.
